Our Responsibilities to You

Your confidentiality will be maintained at all times.  Electronic data kept on the computer by the practice complies with the Data Protection Act.  No member of the practice may discriminate against or treat unfairly a patient or a

member of the public attending the surgery, on the grounds of gender, race, nationality, ethnic origin, colour or creed, age, marital status, disability, medical condition, social background or sexual orientation.  Respect and dignity are the right of everyone, staff, patients and members of the public.  We will always see emergencies the same day.  We aim to see you within 15 minutes of your appointment time.  If there is a delay the reception staff will keep you informed.

Your Responsibilities to Us

Please be on time for your appointment or let us know if you are delayed.  Please be tolerant if there is a delay - emergencies do occur.  If you no longer require an appointment, please let us know so it can be offered to someone else. Please do not telephone the surgery during busy morning surgeries for non-urgent matters.  If you change your phone number or your address, please let the practice know immediately.

Remember we may need to contact you urgently.
